Unit re-paint

Brick unit for a regular property-developer customer. Interior is wall-papered and client requires the wallpaper sealed then skimmed, as opposed to completely removing the wallpaper. Carpets are being replaced, so we can safely spray wherever desirable – this would be all trim and doors, possibly ceilings. Walls will require a sealer coat over newly plastered areas, including areas of new gib, once the builder has finished.

Exterior is brick with aluminium windows, so will only require soffits and brick base as well as fencing.
